Marketplace role
SRVU connects customers with independent service professionals. We facilitate discovery, booking, payments, and support. Professionals perform the work; SRVU is not the employer of every pro unless stated otherwise.
Bookings & pricing
Prices shown are starting estimates. Final amounts may change with scope, materials, or add-ons agreed on site. You authorize SRVU to collect payment for confirmed bookings and applicable fees.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate address and access, describe the job honestly, keep the work area reasonably safe, and treat professionals respectfully. Misuse, fraud, or abuse may lead to account suspension.
Professional standards
Pros on SRVU complete identity and skill checks. You should still verify the job outcome before marking complete. Raise quality issues promptly through Help or the booking track screen.
Warranty
Eligible completed jobs include a 30-day service warranty for the same issue. Warranty does not cover new damage, misuse, third-party parts failure, or jobs cancelled mid-way.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SRVU’s liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific booking in dispute. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service delays or outcomes beyond our reasonable control.
