Cancellation policy

Free cancellation window
Cancel free of charge up to 1 hour before your scheduled slot from My bookings or the tracking page.
Late cancellation fee
Cancellations within 1 hour of the slot may incur a ₹50 fee to compensate the assigned professional’s travel time.
After pro is en route
Once the professional is en route or has arrived, cancellation is generally non-refundable. Contact Help for exceptional cases (safety, no-show).
Rescheduling
You may reschedule up to 30 minutes before the slot when the pro has not yet started travel, subject to availability.
Refunds & warranty claims
Eligible refunds go to the original payment method in 5–7 business days. Warranty re-service requests should be raised from Help with your booking reference within 30 days of completion.
